Comply with Verifactu effortlessly

Tamper-proof records

Every invoice generates a chained billing record with a digital fingerprint, exactly as RD 1007/2023 requires. No possibility of manipulation.

Tax QR code on your invoices

Your invoices include the AEAT QR code so any client can verify them. It is added automatically — you just invoice.

Reporting to the AEAT

Bicru works in VERI*FACTU mode: your billing records are sent to the Spanish Tax Agency, the safest option with the fewest record-keeping obligations.

Built for creators

Not a generic ERP: your invoices come straight from your brand collaborations, with VAT, IRPF or IGIC calculated automatically.

What is Verifactu?

Verifactu is Spain's new verifiable invoicing system regulated by Royal Decree 1007/2023. It requires invoicing software (the so-called SIF systems) to generate a record for every invoice, chained with a digital fingerprint so nothing can be altered or deleted, and to include a tax QR code on every issued invoice. The Tax Agency's goal is to eliminate dual-use software and guarantee the integrity, preservation and traceability of all billing records.

When does it start? The definitive calendar

After the postponement approved by Royal Decree-ley 15/2025, the definitive calendar is: • January 1, 2027: companies subject to corporate income tax. • July 1, 2027: the self-employed, professionals and all other obligated parties. It may sound far away, but experts recommend migrating at least six months in advance to avoid rushed invoicing and errors. If you are a content creator invoicing as a freelancer, your date is July 1, 2027.

Who does Verifactu affect?

Every freelancer and company that issues invoices with software, regardless of how much you bill: there is no minimum turnover that exempts you. Among others, those already reporting their VAT books in real time through the SII are excluded. If you invoice brand collaborations, courses, affiliate income or advertising using any software, Verifactu affects you.

How Bicru helps you comply

With Bicru you don't have to worry about the technical side: you create your invoice from the brand agreement and the platform generates the billing record, chains it, adds the QR code and reports it to the AEAT. On top of that, your invoices stay linked to your contracts and bank movements, so you will have all the traceability the tax authorities may ask for in one place.
